Ranking up!
Guild rank is achieved through repeated demonstrations of honor, generosity, leadership and group efficiency. We are all expected to hold true to the statutes of the guild, from GM down to Minion. We are all a big family and we are all here to help each other, support each other and ensure that all members experience the best qualities the world of WOW has to offer. Representing these qualities within a guild group or when soloing or grouping with others is essential to gaining guild rank. Reciving reports from others on the supportiveness and effectiveness of a member will always count toward a promotion.
There are certain expectations for members of specific ranks. Higher ranks should always be sure to motivate others to help, be supportive, promote the guild and every rank should always be looking for fresh talent to grow our family.
The War Gods are the highest officer rank of the guild. They decide on member performance and it is they who can present a member for promotion. Along with the GM, the War Gods vote on promotions, assist in decisions regarding guild activities and rules and work to set an example for the guild. The War Gods can mediate disputes and offer advice to help members enhance their skills and abilities.
Only the War Gods and the GM have the ability to actually grant promotions, and this is done based on feedback from Officers and general observation.
