Serviland, the subsidiary specialized in urban management of Servihabitat , has closed the marketing of a large part of Sareb's portfolio in Los Cerros (Madrid), made up of 148,000 development units in which 1,100 homes will be built.
In total, the development has 172,000 use units, with an estimated developer potential of 1,310 homes, so Sareb has reserved the rest of the units for future developments, as reported by Serviland.
The company's CEO, Ernesto Tarazona , has Job Seekers Phone Numbers List highlighted "the success of the operation" and has highlighted the role that the company plays "as a relevant player in the current panorama and future of the real estate market."
"Under the solid portfolio of projects under management, Serviland has a key positioning in the generation of land availability, being a strategic ally for the development of large-scale urban projects," he added.
Los Cerros , with an area of 470 hectares, is positioned as one of the largest urban developments in the southeast of Madrid , with the expectation of housing 14,276 new homes, of which half of them will have some type of public protection.
Serviland, which operates under a comprehensive management model with the capacity to achieve the entire urban management cycle in the national territory, has a portfolio of more than 4,400 lands under management, totaling 200 million square meters of surface, and participates in more than 400 compensation boards.
Many health experts recommend walking or cycling for at least 30 minutes a day. These simple types of exercise can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and increase muscle strength and endurance.
As we can see from this map, the number of people who actually manage to get enough exercise each day varies greatly. There is no country in Europe where the majority of adults walk or cycle for at least 30 minutes a day. There is a country that comes close: the Netherlands. With 44.0% of Dutch adults walking or cycling at least 30 minutes a day, it has by far the highest percentage of all European countries. Without a doubt, the Dutch cycling culture contributes greatly to this high figure.
